You should carefully read the following Terms and Conditions. Your purchase of our products and/or services implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2. The products and services we offer

I design and create fine art prints, canvas and gifts, specialising in personalised art works inspired by my love of typographic art, lexicography, art history and photography. Any idea you may have, that I haven't had already, can be conceived and designed as a custom piece. Please contact me for details, pricing and more information about the creative process. 

3. Ownership

You cannot claim intellectual property right or exclusive ownership to any of my products or designs, modified or unmodified. To this end we will vigorously pursue our intellectual property and copyright through our memebership of the Federation of Small Busineses. 

4. Our refund policy

Non-Personalised prints are covered under the standard distance selling regulations. Damaged goods will be replaced upon return of the original product. Due to the nature of the product - items which are personalised to any degree cannot be refunded once agreement has been reached to produce the artwork through the acceptance of the proof by email or phone, unless due to damage in transit or non-delivery which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any service or product at our site. 6. Warranty

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our company or its agents be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential, or other losses arising out of the purchase of our products.

7. Third-parties

I use professional framers to hand make each individual picture and canvas frame. I use a commercial printer utilising the most stringent printing workflow and processes to create my canvas art. These third parties may have their own terms of use and other policies. You agree to comply with such terms and policies as well as these. If any such terms or policies conflict with Betsy Benn's terms, agreements or policies, you must comply with those of Betsy Benn Designs.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

By accessing this website, you agree that all matters relating to your access to and use of this website and/or its products shall be governed by the statutes and laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to the conflict of laws principles thereof. The parties specifically disclaim the U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods or Services. By purchasing our services and products, you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
