Betsy Benn's Refund and Return Policy

When I will issue refunds and when I won't.

I can't issue refunds...

for any completed personalised items. As part of the design process of a personalised print I ask you to sign off on the design proof. Once this agreement has been made and we press "print" then refunds cannot be made as I have already spent my time in desigining the product and in producing the goods. If the goods are damaged in transit, which unfortunately can happen, once I have photographic or physical evidence of the damage then I will normally replace the item, though I will reserve the right to suspend this policy without prior notice. Please be aware that distance selling regulations do not apply for items of a personalised nature.

I can issue refunds...

when the item is not personalised and distance selling regulations do apply. For instance either you believe the goods are not as described or if the goods are damaged in transit. A refund can only be issued when I have received the returned product. If you are having difficulties with your product please contact us. I'll get back to you as soon as possible!
