- Where practical, all our items are gift wrapped in acid-free tissue paper. Framed prints arrive safely wrapped in bubble wrap and custom made cardboard boxes. Canvases will arrive in our heavy duty canvas boxes which then need to be returned to us (we'll arrange it!) so we can reuse and recycle. Our standard delivery charge is free for UK deliveries. If you are overseas, we can send unframed prints but the cost and packaging required for framed or canvas prints is prohibitive. For personalised prints your order will usually be dispatched within 7 working days after your proof has been signed off and payment has cleared. It should arrive within 7 days after that. - All of the important areas of the website, the accounts and the payment areas are encrypted with 256 bit Global Sign Wildcard certificates so we've done our bit as best as we know how. We can't vouch for Google or Paypal but I reckon millions of customers can't be that wrong, really? With regards your privacy, we will never share your details without your permission. Ever.

- Is done via the website. Or, you could go to Bodie and Fou and order some of our designs from them. Or, you could go to Not on the High Street and order some of our designs from them. We've been busy. Or you could give us a call. Numbers on the website.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- On-line payments are processed through PayPal or Google checkout. Most major debit and credit cards are accepted and you don’t need to have a paypal account to make the payment. After you have placed your order you'll receive e-mail confirmation.

- Is done via the website. And we'll obviously send you emails and that sort of thing with your order.
